Priyadarshini College of Engineering (Marathi: प्रियदर्शनी अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालय) is one of the 15 Engineering colleges in Nagpur that offers degree programmes in 8 Engineering Disciplines of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Technology & Information Technology and Civil Engineering. It also offers 3 M.Tech programmes in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and recently Electronics Engineering. The Institute offers an MCA programme and MBA Programme also.

The Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Nagpur (Formerly Priyadarshini College of Engineering & Architecture, Nagpur, was established in 1990 by Shri Satish Chaturvedi under Lokmanya Tilak Jankalyan Shikshan Sanstha. It is second leading engineering colleges in Digdoh region after G H Raisoni College Of Engineering. The Institute has been accredited in all Branches (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Technology, Electronics & Telecom and Information Technology, Aeronautical) by National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi and awarded Grade A by Government of Maharashtra for its infrastructure and the academic achievements of its students and faculty.
