1) UGC: University Grants Commission
The full form of UGC is “University Grants Commission“. It is an organization that is responsible for the rules, regulations, and standards of Indian universities. The UGC was formed on December 28, 1953, under the motto “Gyan-Vigyan Vimuktaye” (Knowledge Liberates), based in New Delhi and has six regional centers in Bhopal, Pune, Calcutta, Hyderabad, Guwahati and Bangalore. As on March 2020, D.P. Singh is the Chairman of the UGC. It is affiliated with the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resources Development and NCERT.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) offers recognition to Indian universities and disbursements of funds to these recognized universities and colleges. The types of universities controlled by the UGC include Central universities or Union universities, State universities, Deemed university or Deemed to be University, Private universities that are approved by the UGC.

It can refer to photos, videos, testimonials, tweets, blog posts, etc. The UGC is used for a wide variety of applications, including problem processing, news, entertainment, advertising, gossip and research.
