I have done B.E. (E&Tc) I want to go for M.E. or M.Tech. , but as i am working i cant go for full time program. I want to know after completing ALCCS Course (Part Time) of I.E.T.E. which they say is equivalent to M.Tech. (Computer Science) can I go for Ph.D. Program.
