For preparing for IAS i.e. UPSC exam it would be better in your case if you take the relevant study material from a reputed Coaching centre. You might not be able to attend the 4 to 5 months rapis coaching course so it will be better if you take study material and then remain connected with that institute for giving mock tests and for clarifying your doubts.
