I have also heard that jobs after MS in Aerospace engineering especially in Aerospace companies is given only to the US citizens or to those who hold a Green Card is this true? What are the chances of getting a visa for pursuing MS in aerospace engineering for international students?

Hi, the first is not true but the second part is. Preference is given to citizens and people who have valid work visas and green card as the employers will not have to pay any additional for such candidates.
It is definitely not true that companies recruit students from nearby univ, but the students in the vicinity are easily accessible.
