B.Sc in Biotechnology is a better option for you amongst all the courses mentioned by you so go for B.Sc in biotechnology in a good college.

This is depend on your interest. I am a Microbiology student from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Haryana. In simple words, In India, the scope of Microbiology is broad as compare to Biotechnology. Biotechnology is older field while Microbiology is newer field, this is the reason Biotechnology is preferred but Microbiology has bright future. The syllabus/Subjects is/are common or same like Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Immunology etc.
