Yes, you are but it depends from one college to another because many colleges keep maths as their main subject criteria to pursue B.Com.

As per the rules laid down by DU only those students who have not opted for Math as an elective subject in class11 and class12 cannot get admission into B.com(H) or Eco(H).You can get B.com(Pass/Programme). good luck mate!!

Yes, you can pursue B.Com honours even if you haven't studied mathematics in you PUC but remember that, basic mathematics is required in every educational field.
