Yes, you are eligible to write JEE Advanced, as you scored way above your cut off score of 32. You can get NITs, But write JEE Advanced as the cut off is very less for SC in JEE Advanced.

Yes, you will eligible for JEE Advanced but eligibility criteria for NIT is 75% above in Board.

No, you cannot appear for the JEE Advance, and you won't be able to get into any college, as your threshold marks, as for admission is 65% for the SC/ST candidates, and you have only scored 64.2%.
