Yes, why not. What you score in your previous qualifications doesn't matter, what matter is that you have a B.Ed degree. So don't go with percentage, the percentage is only required for government sector as it's a GATE pass. If you have the ability to teach students, nothing will stop you.

As you know the percentage is a gate pass for the further stage. Now, the percentage for general and OBC category candidates is same i.e. minimum 50% aggregate.
