You're eligible to apply for both, I would suggest you to secure a seat in PGDM and then try to get into MMS via DTE CAP rounds. The placements for HR are good. Average package: Rs 6-6.5 lakhs per annum and highest package: Rs 9 lakhs per annum.

Congratulations. Yes, you are eligible for SIESCOMS in PGDM since you have very good score. For PGDM, you have to clear 2 rounds i.e. personal interview and group discussion and for MMS programme, you have to appear for CET. HR has a relatively small batch, keeping in mind the placements. You are definitely eligible for PGDM. But the cut-off for MMS is usually high for CMAT about 99 percentile. The average for overall placement is Rs 6.7 lakhs whereas the lowest is Rs 4.5 lakhs for all specializations.
