If you want to do ethical hacking then search for Asian School of Cyber Law. After completing the course from there, they'll give you a certificate, which will help you to find jobs in Asian and European countries.

Ethical hackers are mainly Penetration Testers who find security issues in the system. Cyber Security is much bigger domain and covers a lot of subjects including penetration testing. CSSRL provides various training programme in cyber security domain,. Eligibility depends on the program chosen

You can do private diploma courses in cyber security. For getting admission to M.Sc - Cyber security , you must posses BCA, B.Sc-IT /CS /CT,BE etc.
