The Teacher Education Program that leads to the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) aims to prepare teachers for the elementary stage of education, that is, from classes I-VIII. Minimum qualification required for D.El.Ed is 10+2 passed (any stream) from a recognized board with at least 50% aggregate marks. If you had above 50% marks in 10+2 then you are eligible for seeking admission in majority of colleges offering D.El.Ed.
