These colleges have nothing to do with your 12th marks, you have to clear their respective exams like VITEEE BITS and for IIT-JEE Mains but the eligibility criteria in all the above entrance exam is that 60% is required in physics, chemistry, maths/biology. Predict engineering colleges you can get on the basis of your JEE Rank:

Must score 75% in 12. Also if you are of general category then you have to work hard too. Focus on your studies and try to get a seat in NIT even in one chance. Also focus on the self studies and get a good Coaching for preparation. The paper of BITS and IIT are similar but you have to put your effort. Focus every question of NCERT even HOTS and make sure that your concepts are strong in every subject.
