Yes, the students from other engineering colleges are eligible for it. 60% is the minimum required passing percentage in your graduation degree. BITS takes an online exam for M.Tech where you have to appear for two tests, one has English and maths and other has core engineering paper from your respective branch Each branch has its respective syllabus for the exam.
