Yes, SIESCOMS have good placements for operational specialization.

If you have an option of reappearing for the entrance exam and joining top rung colleges, please have that as your priority. If you have to complete your MBA this year itself and do not have an option of securing admission in JB, Sydenham or Somaiya, then only consider SIES as your option for operations. Good Luck. Edit: If you are looking to enter into Operations stream, please consider colleges like JB, NITIE etc. The operations placements haven't been that great for past couple of years.
