Dear, There are many top private engg.colleges & Universities in india like RTU Kota, UPTU, sharda university, LPU, manipal university. also there are many colleges which are affiliated to RTU kota like SKIT, ANAND-ICE etc. if you want to do B.tech in CSE You can choose one of the college. for more knowledge you can visit on this link

Yes, UPTU colleges are good for CSE. Some good Colleges to pursue CSE are:IET Lucknow, KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi,JSS Noida, Galgotia College, ABESEC Ghaziabad, AkGEC Ghaziabad,KIET Ghaziabad.

Yes, UPTU College are good for CSE, but only few colleges are good and have that level of standards that a good engineer need. So, choose wisely. There are few government college in UPTU and lots of private college.
