If you are from a weak economic background then do not opt to go in south. There are many colleges in north with low fees, good infrastructure and education quality.

The cut off for ST would not be that lower. So this means that you haven't cleared the exam and so you cannot get any college with JEE Mains score. You may try for the colleges with your board exam marks or other entrance exams.
