West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination or WBJEE is the entrance examination for admission to various state colleges for admission in B.Tech programs offered by the college. Yes, the other state student can take the WBJEE examination and be eligible for admission in West Bengal colleges but only under certain conditions: 1. You should summon the domicile certificate for the state by any legal means you can think of. 2. If you have completed your class 11th and 12th or basically higher secondary education and can present your report card for the college. 3. If your parents happen to be from the State of West Bengal then you are eligible to get admission through counselling. Otherwise, the only other way to get admission in the West Bengal private colleges is to get admission through management quota or direct admission by paying an amount for capturing a seat in the college. I highly discourage this method of getting admission. I hope you make the right choice. Good luck and cheers.
