You need to first decide, what are your career aspirations after completing MBA? Some options that you can explore are: 1. You can pursue a Master’s program. 2. You can pursue a certificate course in the area of your interest. 3. You can pursue MS from overseas institute. 4. You can pursue a second degree program in another subject.

Yes, you can do any course. You can take one year of experience, and then go for Ph.D, if you want. You can do a job to get some experience to implement what you have been taught in MBA.
