See, at this score, you won't be able to get any college but don't be upset. You can try in the management quota if you won't be able to pay the extra fee of these colleges, then you can opt for BCA and in that, you will be able to learn more and more skills from open source platforms like Coursera, Udacity and many more and then, give self assessment test on the Hackerearth, Techgig, Redhat and many more. You will be able to become a software engineer and you can easily grab good job and position in many good MNCs.

You can do engineering with these marks, but you will not get good colleges, so I will recommend you to do programming courses in that field. It will help you a lot in your dream completion. Regards.

Yes, you can go for CS branch in engineering but you will get an average rated college. So I advice you to drop a year and improve your 12th percentage otherwise you can be an entrepreneur.
