Minimum eligibility criteria of B.Ed by Colleges and Universities is to pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Sciences or Social Sciences or Humanities or Commerce or equivalent course is Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science.

Yes, you can pursue BA B.Ed in an integrated course, but need to get at least of 50 % marks and an entrance examination, if you want a better college. And, this is one of the very good options. It will save your 1 years.
