Although, it is legal to pursue one regular course and one distance course simultaneously. But, firstly what is the point of pursuing the same course through both modes? It will be of no use to pursue the same degree twice. Secondly, pursuing two degree programs at a time is not an issue but one should know time management skills properly, else you are bound to suffer in completing both the courses.
