Yes, even after class 10th, a person can join hotel management, but not exactly equal to the person who just passed out from intermediate level of schooling and started studying hotel management. There cannot be enough level of education and proper understanding of the subject when it comes to other B.Sc related degrees, because base of the core departments should related to all systems of the work place which give tribute in activities in hotel. But, Diploma degree cannot help anyone else in growing their position and career level in a best way. So, best way to be a good hotelier is to do degree for a good growth for your future and level of working. And, Diploma certificate cannot withstands with a good hotel management certified university certificate in any place. And, considering prior level is given to proper management certified certificate only.
