MBA from a good college is generally good after graduation in engineering. Definitely, doing MBA is a good option after mechanical engineering. If you go for MBA then it will be helpful to develop different skills such as personality development, business skills, interview skills and soft skills.

If you don't have engineering (B.E or B.tecn) degree, its not possible. Do MBA as it is a Master course and for that, you need to clear your bachelor degree.

Trying to do MBA along with a job is extremely difficult and strenuous, you will have to make a lot of sacrifices such as socializing with friends, it is not the most advisable thing to do, yet not unheard of. You will also have to balance your time extremely well.
