Dear, From this year, UGC framed the guidelines in that universities can offer PhD degree only in regular or part-time mode not in Distance learning mode. So, check the UGC guidelines for the same. And specially, your PGDM programme should be recognized by AICTE and under AIU. So, accordingly, you need to think for PhD programme in regular or part-time as per universities guidelines and list you can find in Shiksha's website. All the best.
