Firstly, to get a call for gd/pi round there is not need of the marks of graduation or intermediate or matriculation. On the marks of extrance examination is useful here. So, with this percentile of yours in CAT I have a doubt that you will get a call from xiss for HRM. But you can wait for the list . You have a chance to get a call from Xavier Institute of Social Services (XISS), generally, the cutoff is around 60-65 percentile. During admission, institutes look for X, XII and graduation percentage along with work experience (if any). So, all these factors are given weightage and than a consolidated final shortlisting is done. A good profile may give you a chance for admission. You can also try based on your XAT/CMAT scores.
