Different universities / colleges have different cutoff. 90% marks at 10+2 stage will be sufficient to get admission in BSc Physics in a good college . I suggest identify your target institutes and evaluate your chances based on 2015 cut off list.

92% is very high as per minimum qualification standard for B.Sc. Those who have more than 50% are eligible for taking admission in normally. But, it differs from university to university because all have their own guidelines for admission.

Yes, with 92%, you can end up in good colleges but not in the best ones of the country. But to be frank, the college from which you are doing your B.Sc degree doesn't matter much because the degree doesn't have much value in today's world. M.Sc and Ph.D degrees have much worth. So, don't worry too much. I would say get into the best college as per you percentage, work hard and then aim to do the Master's degree from the best colleges/institutes of the country.
