Yes, you can. It completely depends upon your skill set. If you have a proper opportunity in your pocket or a sure shot career then pursuing MBA through distance learning can be a good choice. If not so, like if you don't have a clear idea then opt for full-time MBA in a college having good placements.

Both the courses have their own benefits and field of expertise. Coming to your question, I would suggest you do M.Com from a good and reputed institute and doing MBA from a distance learning institute. You will definitely get a decent job after completing both the courses.

It's all about your communication skills and domain knowledge. First, try to analyse that where you are interested in? If you are keen in accounting field then I suggest you to do any professional course along with M.Com, you can do the courses like CFA or finance and accounting auditing course. If you are interested in management role then I suggest you to do MBA from a reputed institute.

MBA is better looking at its wide field of prospects. But, it always should go by your interests. Otherwise, MBA with Finance major will open wide scope. It is not a good idea, because MBA should be done in campus. I am a student of Doon Business School, Dehradun and I have seen MBA Finance people have grabbed packages as high as Rs 23.5 lacs.
