Yes, you definitely have better chances of getting a good job from IIMs. Salary package depends on how well you perform in the summer placements or final placement process of IIMs. You can get an idea of the average package that an IIM offers in the placement report of that IIM. You can get the report on that IIM's website.

IIM is a very reputed institute so you should not worry about placement much, but the package is all dependent on your performance throughout.

Yes, a good salaried job is not guaranteed but very probable. The average salary goes around Rs. 16-17 lakhs per annum, so you may expect the same.

Yes, normally, most people are placed with a package of less than 15 lakhs and on an average around 20 lakhs. Although, check past years placement statistics to get a more accurate number. This is not to say, it is going to be a cake walk. A lot depends on your performance.

First of all, you need to have excellent communication in English as PGPM is not offered in Hindi. If doing job in Dubai your dream, then it is not necessary that you should do a PGPM from IIM. You need to check the sector where you want to work and then opt accordingly.
