You can't clear the course with 40% marks. For that too, you need 50% marks. Further, even if you clear the exams with just passing marks, that's an issue in getting the first job. That too can be addressed if you have a great training exposure and clarity in laws. Ultimately, it's how much you know theoretically and practically that matters in the end. Remember, getting a job is not much difficult when compared to surviving in the job. All the best.
