Yes, you can in fact a friend of mine Seikh Khajha Basha did the same and after writing CLAT, he is pursuing B.A. LLB.

Yes, you can definitely pursue BA LLB. Diploma in civil engineering doesn't matter in this case because both are different courses. Admission will be done on the basis of your class 12th marksheet. And presently this is the time of admission. In some colleges/universities, admissions are closed. But in some admissions are still going on. So don't waste your time and year & look forward as soon as possible if you really want to pursue law. Google the college website in which you want to take an admission & go through the admission procedures & dates. All the very best!

Yes, you can get the admission. After graduating, it is a 3-year law course and before graduation, it is a 5-year law course.
