If you wish to apply for UG program, you must have cleared at least class 12th or higher secondary education from any recognized board and for PG, you should have a Bachelor's degree in the related or equivalent stream. With a backlog in Diploma, I am not sure if the college will consider your application. I would suggest you to get in touch with the institute in which you wish to apply for better understanding.
