Yes sure you can get admission in IIM but not on the basis of 10th,12th and your engineering results. You need to qualify CAT exams. If you are in General category, a little difficult due to less than 80% marks in XII but if you perform exceptionally well, something in the range of 99.5%ile then you will get an interview call.
