It is very difficult with that marks. But, if you have some reserved quota like SC and ST, then try your luck. You will get a seat.

Sorry, your JEE marks is very less. If you are financially good, then you can take private college. If you are interested in government. Jobs Otherwise, you can take drop for next year.

Your class 12th marks are good, but your JEE Mains is enough to get a government medical seat. In my opinion, you should join a coaching center for your JEE Main preparation, then you need to get a good rank and good college also.
