Currently, DTU doesn't provide lateral entry for CSE students, but for mechanical, yes, you can take admission through NEET examination in Mechanical.

Yes, you can, but the problem is that the seats are quite less, and hence you have to work hard for the same.

Yes, you can get admission in DTU, but in case of CSE branch it is difficult to get admission. But neither can you try nor can you change the college.
