Yes, on a score of 170 also, MBBS seat is possible, but that totally depends upon your budget. If you are willing to pay high fees structure like INR. 15 Lacs to INR. 20 Lacs per annum then only it is possible.

Private colleges lay very less stress on the score but more on the fee. With that score, private colleges will easily take you in but the fees will be high.

According to your marks in NEET UG 2018 you have very less chances of getting a seat in deemed or private universities. For this year for getting any private or deemed college you have to score around 450 under AIQ and 430 under state quota for open category.
