Admission in MMS is through MH-CET. You can get admission if you clear the cutoff. Refer to K.J SIMSR site -

In MMS course: The admisisons are handled by DTE through CAP rounds.Colleges are allotted as per CET scores. There is no GD/PI round. However minimum 50% in graduation is required to be eligible for applying. 12th and 10th percentages will matter while allocating the ranks i.e if you get a score of 110 marks in CET and someone else has got that too, so you are allotted ranks on the basis of 12th and 10th percentage. For PGDM course : Chances depend on many factors like difficulty of entrance exam, quality of competition etc. Hence, it's difficult to tell at this point. However, you are certainly eligible to apply, and depending on your exam score, performance in GDPI round and overall profile, you will be given a SIMSR rank.
