First of all IIM C use to give no weightage to graduation percentage. Also you have a decent percentage in your 10th and 12th. So now your main aim must be to get a excellent percentile in CAT and once you score that then you must aim for a good WAT/PI & then your selection is confirmed.

Yes definitely but you will have to score a substantialy high score in CAT and also do well in PI. Build your profile by gaining good work experience and some extra curricular activities as well, these will help you stand out.Best of luck for preparation.
