Yes, you can easily get admission in this college at this score but the main thing is that you won't be able to get any good branches at this score.

Since petroleum engineering is the best branch for which UPES is renowned, so based on your JEE Mains score, you will not get petroleum in UPES during the counselling but based on your board merit percentage, there is 75-80% chance of getting petroleum.
