No, it is hard to get IPU with your marks. You may either opt for preparation for JEE next year or get admission in a good private college this year. JEE is competitive and getting a good rank depends not only on your hard work but also how hard others are working. So, there is a risk. Therefore, it would be better to opt for getting admission this year if you don’t have enough motivation to crack JEE next year. You may get guidance from the Eduguru, a group of IITians.

It's a tough competition for you to get admission in IPU because merits are decided on both NATA result and class 12th result basis. In merit you will get 116.5 marks which are highly suffering marks to get a college like IPU.

Sorry to say, but you will not get admission with this score in an architect college. A score of 90+ is considered in NATA to get admission for B.Arch in various government colleges. Also, for NITs and government colleges, you need a score of 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2. So, try for any Private University
