No, you won't be able to get direct admission in a private medical college to pursue MBBS. You need to qualify the medical entrance exam to pursue MBBS in the government or private medical college.

No, you will have to qualify NEET. Even if you have money, you can't get admission directly. Try to crack NEET, then only you will get good colleges.

Now, private colleges cannot take direct admission. Admission can be done through common counselling only. On 10th March, MCI issued gazette for same. One has to be NEET qualified to get admission in medical programmes. You can take direct admission abroad in USA.
