Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in automobile engineering is an undergraduate engineering degree. The Automobile engineering graduates are placed in organsations specialising in products and services related to the automobile industry, software solutions, product and technology like Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Daimler India Ltd, Honda and Tata Consultancy Services. According to PayScale India, an automobile engineer can earn anywhere between Rs. 250,000 and Rs. 600,000 per annum annum as an average salary package.
