Yes, you can pursue BA in your graduation, while you have completed your class 12th with commerce. B.Sc in economics has more mathematical and practical implication, and it is opened for students who have studied mathematics till class 12th. Whereas, BA in economics is more theoretical programme and can be done without studying mathematics till class 12th.
