Yes, you are eligible for CPL but the course cost is 25 lacs or above depending on there perfection course. CPL is a licensing examination. Institutions like Hindustan Aviation Academy and Nujum Aviation are conducting CPL programs. It requires study of PCM in earlier classes. Still, I'm not fully sure that after BBA, you'll be eligible for CPL or not. Look at a video for Aerospace Division of Engineering: -
