Regular MBA from a good institute is the only answer. Our industry is still not very gung ho about executive MBA, also regular MBA from second tier institute also has no takers.

Definitely, you can go for regular or executive MA. Full-time MA doesn't require any work ex and executive MA requires 5years of minimum experience.
