In SASTRA University admission to B.Tech or 5-year integrated M.Tech programmes will be conducted under two streams. All the applicants will be eligible for both the streams and need not submit two separate application forms. Stream 1 based on JEE main 2015 scores and +2 marks for 70% of the seats. Stream 2 based on +2 marks for 30% of the seats. In stream 1 the weightage are 25 and 75 respectively. Based on this SASTRA ranks will be given and counseling will be based on the allotted SASTRA ranks. You need to have a minimum mark of 978/1000 to get in. But to get a desired branch you need to have more than 980. Your score is JEE is 56, you would get a seat even for 950-970.
