Well, if you are passionate enough for getting into MBBS, then nothing is impossible. But considering the huge and elaborate course content of CSE, balancing both preparations for NEET and your academic would be quite a tough task. NCERT books are the must read for NEET examinations. However, managing NEET and CSE simultaneously is very difficult. If you can, you can try.

If you had biology then yes, you can prepare for NEET but that would be tough for you to manage both CSE and preparation simultaneously.
