Yes, you can. But I don't think of it as a good option but if you want to prepare for NEET so do take a drop and prepare with full instinct and put your heart in your preparation. I would only suggest that you only focus on one, I know it looks like bitter gourd juice, but it is true.

Yes, you can prepare for NEET while doing B.Sc or BBA. B.Sc will help you more in preparing for NEET, as it is related to Science subjects and you will get deeper knowledge about subjects. Also, you can join weekend classes for NEET preparation so that you can prepare well.

See, to be clear you can't manage both B.Sc and NEET together. There is a saying that do not put each foot on different boats. So I suggest that do not mess up with 2 different courses. Just be clear about what is your goal, it is either B.Sc or getting MBBS through NEET. But remember one thing, you should be confident about what you want to choose. Your goal should be clear.

Yes, you can, but it is difficult to manage time, Along with B.Sc/BBA, you may prepare for NEET ICAR, JEE, etc.
