Can I pursue architecture after completing Diploma in civil engineering?

Civil engineering and architecture are two really different branches and hence it is not advisable to pursue architecture after doing civil as you must have already spent 4-years for B.Tech and B.Arch is for 5-years (which sums up to 9-years in total!). I will instead recommend you to do your Masters in Planning (M.Plan) or M.Arch in any of the streams of your choice so that you get a touch of architecture also and have your master degree too.
