As per my knowledge and my experience, you can definitely go for B.Sc in chemistry without Physics and Mathematics, as you can opt B.Sc Hons. Chemistry in which main subject will be chemistry only. And, you have to choose the additional subjects, as per your choice like you can choose English, computer Science, psychology.

Yes, there are courses without Maths and Physics, but you need to check, if these courses are good enough for you or not. Even there, you will find a subject of Maths. Regards.
